[Users] OpenVZ templates

Hey guys,

calm down a bit. :)
Please do remember that this is actually all still in preparation.
And also remember, that as OpenVZ is Open Source, Odin is not forced to
publish everything. OpenVZ is actually dependant on contributions from
their Users.
Why not take the chance and contribute back to the project?
It should be easy enough to create Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora, whatever
templates.

It's a initial release of the templates. As time will come there will
surely be more templates.
