[Debian] possible using older vzctl tools with recent stable kernel?

Hello,

my question is, if I could use vzctl tools wich are delivered by debian
stable package (vzctl 3.0.24-12, vzquota 3.0.12-3) with an alienized
rpm kernel 042stab059.7 (I dont use new features like ploop at
the moment)
