[CRIU] Applying for GSOC'21

Hello, I am Kartik Bansal, pursuing my bachelors in Software
Engineering from Delhi Technological University(formerly Delhi College of
Engineering)

First of all, I would like to congratulate you for getting in GSOC 2021.  I
am interested in contributing to CRIU. I am new to open source, can you
please guide me to some beginner friendly issues.
