[Users] Status of OVZ 8 & 9

Hello!

 From my point of view, next OpenVZ releases won't be "free" (ie. 
targeted to medium/large companies).

OpenVZ 7 is rock solid but I feel this is the last version I will be 
able to run "freely".

Switching to LXC/LXD will be a "hassle" but, without no choice left, I 
will bave to do it.

Maybe I am wrong (and I hope so).
