[Users] Updates on OpenVZ 9 testing - 9.0.0-264 and 9.0.1-458 releases

My 458 pre-release is up and running here, and I can install packages with
the --nogpgcheck option, but I'll wait for the key issues to be solved
before installing on a physical machine for more involved testing.
