You can't really compare the TTR on 8.3 - Alma nor Rocky existed until 
after 8.3 was out for quite a while.  8.4/8.5 (and now 8.6/9) are the 
only comparisons that matter if you're comparing VZLinux/Alma/Rocky.

Distrowatch has pretty good release date stats of each of the distros.
