[Users] Multiple DNS servers to an Ubuntu 18.04 container

In the ve.conf file the entries can be on the same line separated by
spaces. Ex:
NAMESERVER="127.0.0.1 8.8.8.8"
I believe to do it on command line you can pass --nameserver multiple times.
