[Users] Getting Operation too slow errors on Virtuozzo Mirrors

repo.virtuozzo.com is a distributed CDN. Not sure what algorithm is used there for choosing real server to serve requests, but I guess it makes sense to simply restart yum several times. There are chanes that you will be redirected to another server with higher bandwidth.
