[Users] Getting Operation too slow errors on Virtuozzo Mirrors

Hi,
I often see this error from my server in Germany, server is on a 100 Mbit/s
connection with minimal usage,

http://repo.virtuozzo.com/vzlinux/7/x86_64/os/Packages/p/perl-5.16.3-294.vl7.x86_64.rpm:
[Errno 12] Timeout on

seconds')
Trying other mirror.

Is there any other recommended base mirror to use ?
