[Users] How OVZ community treats Vz7

On my taste support of VZ and feedback from VZ team is extremely bad, so 
we planning to migrate to Docker next year and LXC as soon as it will be 
usable at least like vz6.

For KVM there are a lot of alternatives, I do not know any reasons to 
use vz7 for this.
