[Users] CVE-2017-6074

Based on the linked report, I'd assume you'd need to have the DCCP 
module loaded.  While this module is built with the OVZ 2.6.32 kernel, 
it does not appear to be loaded on any of our servers.  However, wait 
for an official response if concerned or if you use DCCP.
