[Users] Quickly add/subtract space/inodes

Hello,

Yeah, sorry it was incomplete question (had been a long day already by the point I had asked). I was refering to simfs. I figured mathing was gonna end up being part of the need. Was hoping for a little easier +/- 5G or +/- 500K ability since its many cpanel nodes with many vms.
