Do you have an account on the OpenVZ wiki?  If not, make yourself one and post that tutorial by creating a new wiki page.  Most of the wiki content is for OpenVZ Legacy material, but as long as your name it properly, I would think we can jam plenty of OpenVZ 7 wiki pages in there too.
