[Users] EXTERNAL_SCRIPT and umount scripts in vz7

Do these things still exist? I attempted to create an /etc/vz/vznet.conf
file which points EXTERNAL_SCRIPT to a custom script we use to setup out
bridges. It worked fine in openvz 6, however, it doesnt appear to ever get
called on vz7.

The same seems to go for /etc/vz/conf/vz.umount. We use this to destroy our
bridges when the container is brought down, but again, it doesnt appear to
be executed.

Any ideas?
