[Users] Cloning in v7

I created a CentOS 7 container, stopped it, and the cloned it, and the started the clone just fine.  It's working for me.

When using clone with the --template option, it seems to create a new container under /vz/private that doesn't show up in prlctl list -a.  I guess it's a template but would have expected it to be placed somewhere under /vz/template/cache/.  I'm not sure how to use it as a template.
