I'm using this APT repository line:
deb http://download.openvz.org/debian wheezy main

== FOR amd64 PLATFORMS ==
The 2 vesrions I get of package linux-image-openvz-amd64 are 042+1 and
042stab108.5 but first one is considered newer (maybe because of '+'
character) by APT system, and then it's never upgraded.

As the package depends on linux-image-2.6.32-openvz-amd64 , a solution
can be to publish 042+2 version of linux-image-openvz-amd64 depending on
linux-image-2.6.32-openvz-amd64 version < 042+1 and > 042stab100.0
With this, when someone upgrades linux-image-openvz-amd64 will upgrade
to 042+2 although first time 042stab108.5 kernel will seem a downgrade.

== FOR i386 PLATFORMS ==
The unique version I get of package linux-image-openvz-686 is 042+1
this depends on linux-image-2.6.32-openvz-686 and it's unique version to
get is 042stab085.17

linux-image-openvz-i386 package seems to have good dependencies to get
last kernel version (currently 042stab108.5), then a solution can be to
publish 042+2 version of linux-image-openvz-686 depending on
linux-image-openvz-i386 and conflicting with linux-image-2.6.32-openvz-686
