Scott, thank you. I use your patch from https://bugzilla.openvz.org/3169
and now network inside CentOS 7.1 containers works fine.

redhat-add_ip.sh.patch
# patch -d /etc/vz/dists/scripts < redhat-add_ip.sh.patch
