[Users] how to disable suspend / restore?

it seems current vzctl is not handling well suspend / restore procedure
(i.e. i'm getting a lot of 502 errors on php5-fpm sites).

how can I disable suspend / restore on reboot ? what should I add into
container configuration file to do this?

(e.g. SUSPEND=OFF in 666.conf or smth?)
