[Users] online migration failure

Hi 

CTs with layout simfs on NFS can sometimes not be live migrated. The
reason appears to be deleted files that are held open by some process
while the CT is suspended at the source node. Errors only appear on the
destination node since those .nfsXXXX files don't show up there:

This happens on pve-kernel-2.6.32-20-pve which is based on
vzkernel-2.6.32-042stab076.7.src.rpm

Should I file a bug report or is my setup not supported? Am I right in
thinking that this isn't an issue with ploop-CTs on NFS?
