[Users] linux-openvz-2.6.32.59.7-gcc46.patch useful for bug id=2012?

Hi,

I tried the linux-openvz-2.6.32.59.7 kernel,  but it crashed because
it was compiled with gcc-4.6:

Do you think this sabayon patch solves something:?

Right now I have to put a requirement in the ebuild only to build this
kernel with gcc-4.4.x...
