I am going to submit a proper bug report in a short while, but in the  
time being thanks for looking at this problem.

This function comes from the aoe6-69 driver installed from source,  
manually, as the driver in mainline kernel is very out of date...

You can get/install this driver very easily:

cd /usr/src
wget http://support.coraid.com/support/linux/aoe6-69.tar.gz
tar zxf aoe6-69.tar.gz
cd aoe6-69
make KDIR=../kernels/2.6.18-92.1.18.el5.028stab060.2PAE-i686
make KDIR=../kernels/2.6.18-92.1.18.el5.028stab060.2PAE-i686 install

I will submit a proper bug report as soon as I have time to prepare it  
in the next few hours!
