[Users] numfile in /proc/user_beancounters

Hi,

Today i've noticed this, there's a curious value for numfile" inside a  
VE.

In /proc/user_beancounters it's reported as 1653400 for "held", which  
is a lot.
lsof just see 18949 opened files, so barely 1/100 of this.
