Hallo

Thanxs for your help. If have included the lspci (-n) and would be glad 
to here that the device is supported by the latest (standard FC5?) 
kernel from openvz. It is smaller in size than the SuSE openvz kernel 
so i was afraid that there are missing some SuSE centric drivers.
