Hi Kir

I have merged the patch so that it work with this latest version of the kernel.
However I have some problem to build on deb-build-amd64 as I get "out of memory"
problems.

Can you take a look at that?
I have set concurrency level to 8 (make -j 8). It may be related to that. I will
now try with concurrency level of 1 to see if that works better. However
concurrency level of 8 have worked before. But maybe the host was not that
heavily used at that time.
