[CRIU] Info regarding how to checkpoint and restore as a non-root user

Hi

I have criu version 3.9 installed in my linux machine. I am able to run
criu checkpoint and restore command with the root privilege. I want to know
how can that be done if i do not have root privilege.

How can i run checkpoint and restore commands in criu as a non-root user.
