[CRIU] Elf-parser

Hi everyone,
I have been trying to read the build id of .note.gnu.build-id from the given offset in the header of the section file.On reading the characters with the specified size the characters do not show the build id string but something else.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to what i am missing?
