[CRIU] CRIU for aarch64

CRIU already works on aarch64. No changes necessary. At least on Fedora
you can easily install the package using the package manager.

AArch64 is also part of CRIU's CI. So it tested with each commit.

Are you seeing any problems with aarch64?
