[CRIU] CRIU for aarch64

Hi.

I'm trying to port CRIU to aarch64.
Following the instructions from https://criu.org/Build_protobuf and
https://criu.org/ARM_crosscompile

Unfortunately, there are many issues during the cross compile.

Is there any internal changes to the code references to be made?

Please help me on this.
