[CRIU] print unfrozen stacks when failing with --cgroup-freezer

Hi all,

We are finding that there are several deadlocks in the kernel when using the
freezer cgroup to freeze containers instead of the old ptrace method. This
patch helps with debugging these deadlocks, so perhaps it is good to apply it.
