[CRIU] C/R mico-conference accepted!

Good news, everyone!

The checkpoint/restore micro-conference has been accepted into Linux Plumbers [1] :)

As the LPC is still in planning stage, it's not yet know how much time we will have,
last year it was 2.5 hours [2], presumably this year it will be the same. Once the
MC list is ready the CFP will be announced, but MC wiki page [3] is already available 
for editing ;)

We'll also have 3 free passes on the LPC itself, so if you'll need one -- let me know.
