Pavel, I'm really sorry for inconvenience, but could you
please (if series looks good to you). Drop this one
from the series and use attached below instead of
[PATCH 09/10] ns: Add c/r for /proc/$pid/ns/$ids references
iow, patch 5 is not needed and patch 9 should be superseded
with attached.
