zdtm.sh can execute "crtools check" before executing test cases. I
think it would be enough.
And I have idea to add a default config for CRIU in
linux-cr/arch/x86/configs/, which will contain all required options.

I don't think, that we realy need this, because a developer must
executed ALL zdtm test cases before sending patches.
