Don't pay attention on [PATCH 1/2] in subject, it's because of
patch queues in my -dev repo. This patch is single-solid-one.
At moment nothing is changed in behaviour, ie pr_perror still
adds \n implicitly, but I'm about to bring explicit \n back
one day and then forget about all differences we have in pr_
helpers at moment.
