[Announce] ploop 1.14

OpenVZ project has released a new ploop version. Read below for more
information. Everybody is advised to upgrade.


Changes

New functionality:
* ploop init: add --nolazy
* ploop snapshot-merge: add -U
* ploop_create_param: add flags, define NOLAZY flag
* do_ioctl(): run lsof on EBUSY
* Add pkg-config support

Fixes:
* Fix restore-descriptor for raw images
* ploop_get_top_delta_fname(): use ploop_lock(), return SYSEXIT_*
* Fix POWER compilation
* ploop_create_image(): do not return -1, use SYSEXIT_* code
* ploop snapshot-switch: fix SIGSEGV parsing cmdline
* is_xml_fname(): fix a potential SIGSEGV

Improvements:
* do_ioctl(): implement exponential wait time
* mount.ploop: check if mtab is not symlink
* ploop_replace_image: use mkstemp() not mktemp()
* print_sys_block_ploop(): more compact output
* ploop_umount_image(): simplify unlock on return
* make_fs(): don't hardcode argv index
* read_diskdescriptor(): remove
* tools/Makefile: fix LDLIBS to avoid overlinking

Documentation:
* ploop(8): document --nolazy flag for ploop init
* ploop(8): document -U for ploop snapshot-merge
* include/libploop.h: document mount and snapshot switch params

Build system:
* Makefiles: move -lpthread to the proper place
* ploop.spec: fix a date in %changelog
* ploop.spec: no %attr for symlink
