[Announce] Templates update Jul 2014

OpenVZ project announces an update to official precreated templates.


Changes
=======
* CentOS 7:
   * moved out of beta
   * added rsyslog (#3021)
   * added policycoreutils (#3020)
   * configured vz repos.

* Ubuntu 14.04: gpg keys added to /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.

* Debian 6: configured LTS repo (#3003)

* Ubuntu 13.10: moved to unsupported (EOL July 17, 2014)

* All existing templates are updated
