[Announce] Kernel RHEL6 testing 042stab078.13

OpenVZ project has released an updated RHEL6 based testing kernel. Read 
below for more information.

NOTE that this is a *testing* kernel, not yet recommended for production.


Changes

Since 042stab078.11:
* rebase to 2.6.32-358.6.2.el6 Red Hat kernel
* [oom] applying an OOM score for any process inside a CT should not 
flush default OOM scores for all other processes inside this CT (PSBM-17046)
* [cpt] correct /proc/stat:btime restore after CT migration. This should 
also fix glitches with process start time reports (#2572)
* [cpt] checkpoint/restore cycle breaks processes capabilities (PSBM-18649)
* [cpt] invalid pointer dereference fixed in iterative migration 
(PSBM-19815)
* [cpt] delta time for posix timers should be calculated separately 
(PSBM-19625)
* [cpt] monotonic timer restoring also has been tuned
* [ext3/4] fsync has been repaired to work with fallocated data (PSBM-19215)
* [shmem] fixed BUG_ON and/or lru list corruption by skipping the add to 
gang page in pagefault (PSBM-19910)
