[Announce] [security] Kernel RHEL6 testing 042stab078.11

OpenVZ project has released an updated RHEL6 based testing kernel. Read 
below for more information.

NOTE that this is a *testing* kernel, not yet recommended for production.

Since 042stab078.10:
* [perf] fixed security issue CVE-2013-2094
* [sysfs] fixed a bug when mounting nfs inside on a host and unmounting 
inside a CT crashed the node (PCLIN-31620)
* [nfs] restructured NFS virtualization code (no actual code changes)
* [cpt] added an ability to restore on ploop CT cpt image which was 
created from vzfs/simfs CT (PSBM-19894)
* [fuse] added FUSE synchronous umount support, can be enabled by 
specifying 'umount_wait' mount option (PSBM-19305)
* [fuse] introduced the "disable_close_wait" mount option to disable 
synchronous file close operation (for testing)
* [ploop] tree->lock should be irq safe, to prevent node lockup (PSBM-19682)
* [ploop] fixed ploop_io_images_size accounting to prevent kernel BUG 
(PSBM-19906)
