[Announce] Kernel RHEL6 testing 042stab077.3

OpenVZ project has released an updated RHEL6 based testing kernel. Read 
below for more information.

NOTE that this is a *testing* kernel, not yet recommended for production.

Changes

Since 042stab077.2:
* [fs] unmount speed has been significantly improved (ms bug 15906)
* [ubc] default UBC limits are set to unlimited (exception: 
oomguarpages.barrier is set to 75% of RAM) (PCLIN-31511, PCLIN-31512)
* [cpt] a kernel panic on resume has been fixed (PSBM-19177)
* [cpt] CT with iptables connlimit set online migration from 2.6.18-x 
kernel to 2.6.32-x kernel is unsupported, appropriate cpt error message 
added (PSBM-17553)
* [ext4] functionality of performing sync on given set of files in 
optimized way (only 1 barrier will be required in best scenario) 
(PSBM-19206)
* [nfs] NFS quota is put under independent config option 
(CONFIG_NFS_QUOTA=y, ie enabled by default) (debug for #2515)
