[Announce] Kernel RHEL5 028stab106.2 (stable)

OpenVZ project has released an updated RHEL5 based kernel. Read below 
for more information. Everyone using this kernel branch is advised to 
upgrade.


Changes

Since 028stab101.3:

* Rebase to 2.6.18-348.3.1.el5 RHEL5.9 kernel (security, bug fixes and 
enhancements)
* Corrected description of OpenVZ-specific behavior of dmesg_restrict 
(#2197)
* Fixed overflow in TSC/vDSO version of gettimeofday() that can happen 
for example if CPUs have unsynchronised tsc (#2337)
* Fix build with older gcc (#1815)
* Enabled CONFIG_NETFILTER_XT_MATCH_DSCP=m
* Fix potential double free on nodes with enabled audit (PCLIN-31451)
* Fix tun devices checkpoint/restore (broken while rebase to 
2.6.18-274.el5) (#2459)
