[Announce] New ploop 1.0

OpenVZ project has released an initial ploop version.
Read below for more information.

Changes
=======
This is an initial release of ploop userspace library
and tools. It should work with the up-coming OpenVZ
kernel (version 042stab052.8 and greater) and newer
vzctl (to be released) which support ploop device.
