[Announce] recreated templates update Jan 2012

OpenVZ project announces an update to official precreated templates.


Changes
=======
* Added Fedora 16 and suse-12.1 (to beta).
* Fedora 14 and Ubuntu 9.10 moved to unsupported.
* All existing templates are updated.
