[Announce] New kernel: RHEL5 028stab098.1 (moved to stable)

OpenVZ project has released an updated RHEL5 based kernel.
Read below for more information. All users are advised to upgrade.


Changes

Since 028stab095.1:
* Rebase on 274.18.1.el5 kernel (security and bug fixes)
* Fixes for CPT, bridge
* Fixed oops in case when connlimit match was used inside containter
    with disabled conntrack support
* Fixed crash in ip_options_compile()
