[Announce] precreated templates update Feb 2012

OpenVZ project announces an update to official precreated templates.


Changes
=======
* Fixed bugs #2064 (/dev/shm mount) and #2171 (no /dev/ptmx) in Ubuntu 11.10
* Fixed bug #2190 (devpts gid) in CentOS 5, CentOS 6, Ubuntu 11.10
* Debian 5 "Lenny" moved to unsupported (EOL 6 Feb 2012)
* Fedora 13 x86_64 broken gzip file problem fixed
* All existing templates are updated
