[Announce] New release: RHEL5 kernel 2.6.18-8.el5 028stab023.1

OpenVZ project has released an updated RHEL5-based kernel. Read below
for more information. Everybody who's using RHEL5-based kernel
is advised to upgrade.


Changes
=======
QLA4x, 3Ware drivers update, added areca driver support. CPT utrace
and inotify support + minor fixes. Lockdep fixed in debug kernels.
Ext3 error path, enhanced bridges over original device, ioprio fixes etc.
