[Announce] 2.6.9 kernel goes stable; 2.6.8 branch is discontinued

OpenVZ project announces that the kernel branch previously known as 
RHEL4 is now stable.

Therefore, the following changes are done:
 * latest stable kernel is now 2.6.9-023stab030.1, everybody is advised 
to upgrade
 * there will be no further 2.6.8-based releases
 * separate RHEL4 branch and appropriate yum repository removed

If you are using openvz-kernel-rhel4 yum repo, you have to remove it 
from openvz.repo file. RHEL4 kernels are available from the main 
("openvz") repo.
