[Announce] New vzctl-3.0.0-8 and vzquota-3.0.0-7 released

We have just released an updated versions of vzctl and vzquota 
utilities. Everybody is advised to upgrade.


vzctl
-----
This release fixes a bug introduced in previous version, which led to 
inability to create new VEs and use vzpkgcache utility on the x86 
platform. The problem was that VPS sample configs included into i386 
rpms were for x86_64 platform.

A few other minor bugs were fixed as well. Please see full changelog for
