they should be avalaible regardless of using a server with
licenced virtuozzo hybrid server or a free vzlinux server ? <br>

<p>To my knowledge licenced virtuzzo adds; Support, readyKernel,
Storage, Backups . Are there other features/services ? perhaps
ressource monitoring / vztop !? <br>

Yes, it still works correctly on vz7.
howevrer I'm not sure about upcoming vz9.
Also I would advise you to look at Virtuozzo Hybrid Server 7.5 documentation
