<p>Templates are built directly into RPM packages by means of rpmbuild, every template repo contains a spec file for this. E.g.,

Hope spec files are rather clear. In general we indeed simply copy os* and *packages files to necessary locations in filesystem and fill files like description, summary, etc.<br>
