Virtuozzo 7 has vzctl, but it is not the same as we have in OpenVZ. For some<br>
reasons vzctl from OpenVZ and commercial Virtuozzo has different source code and<br>
we decide to go with second one in version 7. Some features/options may absent<br>
in this vzctl.<br>

Beside to precense of vzctl in Vz7 we strongly recommend to use prlctl tool for<br>
managing containers and virtual machines.<br>

I'm not sure but AFAIK all capabilities are the same as we had in RHEL6 kernel.<br>
