</span>You should be able to fake it... by making an Ubuntu 14.04 container from an official OS Template, stopping it, mounting it, deleting everything from the container's disk, and then extracting an OpenVZ Legacy OS Template there. I just tried it and it worked for me. Oh, but you asked how to make an ez template for Virtuozzo 7 and that doesn't quite do it... but at least you can create a Debian 7 container and then clone it all you want.<br>

I'm not sure how to take an existing container and turn in into a pre-created OS Template. The process of making an EZ OS Template requires the creation of a metadata package. They are in the process of simplifying vztt or at least it is on the roadmap I believe.<br>
